“They gazed at eachother through the window of their raised arms. John forgot to count. Had Mr. Holmes’s eyes always been so blue? How could have he not remembered. Sherlock pulled John close to his chest and John—-found that he made no protest in the slightest.”——Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock (Chapter 5) - Morrgan Grey
Sixth illustration to Morrgan’s Sherlock BBC/Pride & Prejudice-crossover fanfiction, where Sherlock is Mr. Darcy, John is instead of Elizabeth, Victor Trevor is Mr. Bingley and Sebastian Moran is Mr. Wickham.
This is the dance-scene at the Netherfield ball where Sherlock teaches John to dance the waltz.
I made a “á la Disney”-Version as well, it’s a bit “Beauty & The Beast” :) You can view that here—->LINK
On distinguishing the ladies of the group, the two gentlemen came directly towards them, and began the usual civilities. Trevor was the principal spokesman, and Miss Jane Watson the principal object. He dismounted from his handsome white gelding and approached her. “How very fortunate,” said he, holding his horse’s head, “We were just on our way to Longbourn to inquire after your health.” Jane smiled with pleasure when Mr. Holmes corroborated Trevor’s statement with a nod which he delivered from atop his great black gelding…Sherlock continued to stroke the horse’s neck and was beginning to determine not to fix his eyes on John, when they were suddenly arrested by the sight of the Stranger…”——Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock (Chapter 4) - Morrgan Grey
Fifth illustration to Morrgan’s Sherlock BBC/Pride & Prejudice-crossover fanfiction, where Sherlock is Mr. Darcy, John is instead of Elizabeth, Victor Trevor is Mr. Bingley and Sebastian Moran is Mr. Wickham. This is also from the fourth chapter, the other one can be found here—>LINK
Morrgan and I had a long discussion of who should be Mr. Trevor and I have such a crush on Tom Hiddleston right now so he was the obvious choice for me :). Only Tom can bring that never ending cheeriness that Mr. Trevor has, and who can resist those blond curls? :):)
“His appearance was greatly in his favour; he had all the best part of beauty — a fine countenance, a good figure, and very pleasing address.” ——Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock (Chapter 4) - Morrgan Grey
This is the fourth illustration to the BBC Sherlock/Pride & Prejudice Crossover fanfiction (entitled Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock), written by Morrgan. This is the scene where John meets Mr. Wickham for the first time. And as you can see I’ve chosen to use the actor Chris Hemsworth (LINK) (AKA Mr. Thor himself) as reference, that will please a few Avengers-fans, no? :) We (Morrgan and I) have had a long discussion of who could sum up the right amount of “douch-y-ness” that only Mr. Wickham can radiate, and we decided that Hemsworth was an excellent option.
Exaple of illustration for the first chapter by me : v
Since I was such a tit that didn’t understand until today that people outside DeviantArt ACTUALLY couldn’t read the fic because the author, Morrgan had put it under a “Mature content”-warning, and people who doesn’t have a deviant-account can’t override that warning and therefore can’t read it. Holy Godtiss I’m stupid sometimes….Anyway. Great news! Morrgan has just created a livejournal account and will start posting the chapters (there are 3 chapters so far ) as soon as she has wrapped her mind around the strange-ness that is Livejournal. I understand her, I’ve had mine for ages and I still can’t understand it.
Ok scratch that, XD I just dropped by her journal again and she has already posted the first chapter!!!!!! YAAY! :D
You can find her livejournal here——>LINK

Hooray!!! Go and read it!! It’s wonderful! Now quick spread the word!!!
By chance, Sherlock glanced out the window and what he saw made him forget the cigarette in his hand. ——Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock (Chapter 3) - Morrgan Grey
This is the second illustration to the BBC Sherlock/Pride & Prejudice Crossover fanfiction (entitled Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock), written by Morrgan.
This illustration is split into two parts, this is the second part, you can view the first here—>LINK (Don’t judge me based on my poor skills in drawing human anatomy, I’m not used to drawing people naked XD)
Sherlock arose from the bath and stood before the window, the steam clouding the air like an Oriental bathhouse. ——Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock (Chapter 3) - Morrgan Grey
This is the second illustration to the BBC Sherlock/Pride & Prejudice Crossover fanfiction (entitled Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock), written by Morrgan. This is the scene (which you would recognize if you’ve seen the TV-series Pride & Prejudice from 1995) where Mr. Darcy/Sherlock has just stepped out of the bath and walks over to the window to look down on a Elizabeth/John playing with a dog in the garden below. In the TV-series, there is a very conveniently placed butler who holds up a bathrobe to cover the view of Mr. Darcy’s/Colin Firth’s bum, personally I’ve always been very agitated by this and made my own version with no butler and no bathrobe. You’re welcome.

- I can guess the subject of your reverie.
- I should imagine not.
- You are considering how insupportable it would be to pass many evenings in this manner— in such society; and indeed I am quite of your opinion. I was never more annoyed! The insipidity and yet the noise; the nothingness and yet the self-importance of all these people! — What would I give to hear your strictures on them!
- Your conjecture is totally wrong, I assure you. My mind was more agreeably engaged…

Finally, finally finished, I’ve worked on it for ages (and I mean ages)! I really wanted to draw something (Sherlock related of course) which would be a kind of crossover/AU, taking place in the early 19th-century. Because…..those clothes!.
And dressing up John, Sherlock and Mycroft in those clothes was a hoot! :D I’ve build it up to play out a scene from the book Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen, where Miss Bingley tries to pry out Mr. Darcy’s thoughts. But I changed it so Mycroft is Miss Bingley; Sherlock is Mr. Darcy(because let’s face it, Sherlock kind of is like Mr. Darcy) aaaaand that would make John, Elizabeth? XD
