urgh I’m stuck, can someone please help me with a background idea for a picture I’m drawing?

This is the second illustration to the BBC Sherlock/Pride & Prejudice Crossover fanfiction (entitled Pride & Prejudice & Sherlock), written by Morrgan. This is the scene (which you would recognize if you’ve seen the TV-series Pride & Prejudice from 1995) where Mr. Darcy/Sherlock has just stepped out of the bath and walks over to the window to look down on a Elizabeth/John playing with a dog in the garden below. In the TV-series, there is a very conveniently placed butler who holds up a bathrobe to cover the view of Mr. Darcy’s/Colin Firth’s bum, personally I’ve always been very agitated by this and made my own version with no butler and no bathrobe. You’re welcome.
(Don’t judge me based on my poor skills in drawing human anatomy, I’m not used to drawing people naked XD)
